A strategic mobile solution developed to significantly enhance and streamline core human resources and administrative workflows for government employees on Ministry of State Secretariat of Indonesia. Focusing on presence and leave management with real-time data integration. The app features a centralized dashboard for tracking leave balances and automated request forms to ensure seamless internal operations. This app was built using Flutter for a cross-platform experience, integrated with robust REST APIs for secure data synchronization.

Development Journey

I took on the challenge of developing this application by mastering the existing native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) codebases in less than a month. To ensure a solid foundation, I revisited Flutter fundamentals before initiating a full-scale migration, starting from core UI components to complex real-time attendance features via API integration. The highlight of this journey was developing a comprehensive Leave Management system which was a large-scale feature and built with a tech stack I hadn't mastered before. It was a steep learning curve, but it turned into an exciting opportunity to deliver a high-impact solution for government employees.
